What happens to the photos I upload on the website?
The photos we receive are handled according to our privacy policy. Therefore they will be automatically deleted from our server after 15 days and in no case will they be used for purposes of advertising or promoting products or services.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address and are calculated individually for every item. In case of multiple purchases, shipping costs of the second item and of any additional item will be automatically calculated by our system. I have received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are fully aware that our products are fragile, therefore we take great care in the process of packaging. Every print is carefully packed according to the indications of the most popular courier services in the world like SDA and UPS. Luckily damage during shipping rarely occurs. Anyway, if it does, we kindly ask you to always accept the package, writing on the delivery form “UNDER RESERVE”.
